Refund and Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

  • The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive your goods.
  • To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires.

3. Returns Process

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
  • We may deduct a reasonable amount for diminished value if the item shows signs of use beyond normal inspection.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised Items: Goods made to order or clearly personalised.
  • Hygiene Products: Items with broken seals for health protection or hygiene reasons.
