Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange

At chefsupplyau UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review the following terms:

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item. This is a goodwill policy that extends beyond your statutory rights.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required for all exchanges.

3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.

4. Exchange Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange.

5. Faulty Items

  • If the item you received is faulty, this is covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Exclusions

The following items cannot be exchanged unless faulty:
